Process Workers
Skillset, in partnership with a well-established manufacturing factory in Lithgow is seeking Process Workers.
These roles are ideal for reliable and motivated candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced factory environment.
About the Role
These roles are casual, with ongoing hours currently available for the right candidate. You will be working across various areas of the factory and play an important role in maintaining efficient and safe production operations.
Duties
- Packaging and handling products in line with quality standards
- Following production schedules, guidelines and specifications
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work area
- Comply with workplace health & safety, hygiene and company procedures
Skills & Experience
- Previous factory or process work experience is highly regarded
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day and night)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
