Skillset Senior Management Team
Craig has 28 years’ leadership experience in services management with 19 years in the not for profit adult training and employment services sector. Craig leads a fantastic team to achieve the strategic plan. He constantly reviews the range of products and services to ensure relevance, value and quality, focusing on providing what Skillset’s customers need to ensure continued success.
Emma has over 10 years’ experience in the financial sector and is highly proficient in creating efficient and effective processes to ensure the smooth running of organisations. Emma has held numerous leadership positions throughout her career and has worked in non-for-profit organisations for over six years.
As CFO for Skillset, Emma oversees all financial and payroll operations and ensures that the organisation is continuously creating efficiencies to improve service offerings to our clients.
Jane is an effective and efficient manager with the essential management skills to achieve goals and objectives through fostering Skillset’s vision and purpose. A natural leader, with over 15 years’ management and marketing experience. Jane’s current role as General Manager is to ensure the organisation and stakeholders function cohesively to achieve common outcomes through critical leadership roles.
Kim has over 30 years’ diverse experience of people, systems, project, risk and change management and Human Resources. In her current role she manages the core functions related to Human Resources, Quality & Risk, Work Health & Safety, ICT, Marketing, and Operations services to support Skillset Limited and Skillset Senior College.
Abbey’s 20+ year work history has been dedicated to the engagement and wellbeing of families and adolescents. This experience has included team management, counselling, clinical supervision, training and support in schools, welfare organisations and private practice, and more recently supporting the development of Skillset Senior College. Abbey has a genuine love of working with young people, and leads the innovative staff of Skillset Senior College to collaboratively work with the students to harness resilience and build connections.
