About the Company
Our client is a well-established, highly regarded building certification company servicing regional and remote New South Wales. The Team comprises of dedicated certification staff and exceptional administrative staff located across offices in Tamworth, Dubbo and Orange. Our client can provide a range of different levels of building certification throughout the region.
About the Role
The successful candidate will join the Dubbo Office as their new Business Administration Trainee and will undertake a Certificate III in Business, over a 12-month period. You will provide support in the form of documentation preparation for building certification staff for the Dubbo office with the occasional need to assist the other offices remotely.
Duties
- Professionally handle incoming phone enquiries
- Accurate data entry and record management
- Coordinate, schedule and manage building inspections
- Stamp and process building plans and associated documentation
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment
Skills and Experience
- A genuine interest in the building or construction industry is highly regarded
- Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement
- A Class C P1 (or higher) driver’s licence is preferred
- Comfortable working independently in the office when required
