About the role

Skillset, in partnership with a local Bathurst food manufacturer, is seeking temporary process workers to meet increased product demand.

Successful candidates will contribute to various factory departments and play an integral role in ensuring consistent and efficient factory operations.

Duties

  • Packaging food products on process line
  • Following production guidelines and specifications
  • Maintain a clean workstation and production floor
  • Ensure all food safety standards and health regulations are followed

Skills and experience

  • Full availability to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts across 7 days a week
  • Previous experience working in a factory is highly regarded
  • Available for 12-hour shifts (day/night)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical prior to commencement including drug and alcohol screening
