About the role
Skillset is seeking immediate applications for reliable and hard-working temporary Grader Operators to join their client’s team in Lithgow, NSW.
This hands-on role is ideal for seasoned operators who take pride in working outdoors, handling heavy machinery and contributing to the maintenance of infrastructure. You will join a professional team that upholds high standards in safety, reliability and community service.
Duties
- Operate and maintain grader to carry out maintenance on various surfaces
- Carry out routine inspections and report all defects as required
- Conduct daily safety and maintenance checks
- Maintain records such as Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
- Adhere to all Work Health and Safety requirements
Skills and Experience
- Current Class C Drivers’ Licence
- White Card
- Grader Operators Certificate of Competency
- Traffic Control Ticket – Blue Card and Yellow Card (desirable)
- Relevant Working at Heights and Confined Space training (desirable)
- Certificate III in Civil Construction (desirable)
- Relevant chainsaw qualification (desirable)
- First Aid Certificate (desirable)
