With lots of changes to reporting and information sharing taking place recently, all with tight deadlines, there has been large demands on the management team to prepare new information on our programs in very different formats. Despite having his own huge workload and pressures, Anthony always respects colleagues’ timelines and provides information that is relevant, reflects the brief and always within the timeframes set, helping to ease the pressure of staff tasked with coordinating and collating the contributions. On the day Claudia was on hand to assist service providers and participants with their needs.
