Skillset is proud to have been recognised at the Business NSW Western NSW Business Awards, taking out the Excellence in Large Business Award and celebrating a major achievement for the organisation and its team.

Recognising leadership in regional NSW

The evening also marked an individual achievement for Skillset CEO Narelle Stocks, who was awarded Outstanding Business Leader (21 Employees & Over). The award recognises leaders who demonstrate strong vision, innovation and impact. Since stepping into the CEO role in 2023, Narelle has led meaningful change across one of the region’s largest workforce organisations, bringing clarity, direction and a strong people-first approach. Her leadership continues to make a positive difference across both the organisation and the wider community.
