About Land Works

Skillset Land Works delivers more than environmental services. We create opportunities for people to build careers while making a positive impact on the land. Our program is designed to address skills shortages in regional NSW by providing hands-on training, mentoring, and nationally recognised qualifications in conservation and land management.

Participants gain real-world experience working on projects that restore landscapes, protect ecosystems, and support local communities. By combining expert project management with a commitment to social impact, Land Works helps individuals develop the confidence, skills, and connections needed for long-term employment in the environmental sector.
Through every project, we’re not just improving the environment, we’re investing in people.

Sawpit Creek & Windy 1100 Estate - DevCon

Large-scale environmental and landscaping works have transformed the area, featuring the installation of approximately 48,000 native plants and 10,000m² of jute matting for erosion control. The project also includes street trees, ranger gates, bollards, bench seating, walking tracks, and picnic shelters, creating a welcoming and sustainable space. Ongoing maintenance ensures the long-term success and environmental resilience of these improvements.
