Youth Connect
Helping 15–21 year olds who are not in school or work access free mentoring and support to build confidence, plan next steps and connect with employment and education opportunities.
Career Connect
Providing free career mentoring for women aged 17–24 in the Dubbo and Mudgee regions, helping overcome barriers, gain skills and find sustainable employment.
Apprenticeships, Traineeships & SBATS
Supporting students, parents and schools with clear guidance on apprenticeships, traineeships and School-Based Apprenticeships & Traineeships (SBATs). These programs combine paid work, and training.
Pre-employment courses
Not sure which industry is right for you? Try different trades, gain hands-on experience, and build practical skills before committing to an apprenticeship, traineeship or employment.
Skillset Senior College
Skillset Senior College is an innovative, independent senior school for students in Years 10–12, with campuses in Bathurst and Dubbo. They partner with young people who may be facing barriers to their education and help them successfully complete their secondary schooling.
