About the Role
Skillset, in partnership with a respected bricklaying company, is looking for a Bricklaying Apprentice in Dubbo, NSW. This is an entry-level opportunity where you’ll earn while you learn, gaining practical experience and completing a Certificate III in Bricklaying and Blocklaying over 4 years.
Bricklayers are essential in the booming construction industry. Once qualified, you’ll have the skills to build homes, commercial spaces, and more—your work will literally shape the community!
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and handle bricklaying materials
- Measure, construct and assemble structures
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Learn cutting techniques
- Use hand and power tools like a pro
What We’re Looking For
- Interested in the building and construction industry
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and ready for hands-on work
- White Card (or willing to get one)
- Driver’s Licence preferred
