Are you ready to work outdoors, learn hands-on skills and build a career in a high-demand industry? This is your chance to join a trusted company in Bathurst and start a 4-year Powerline Worker Apprenticeship, working towards a Certificate III in Electrical Supply Industry – Distribution Overhead.
This qualification is listed on the Australian Apprenticeships Priority List. Eligible apprentices may receive the Australian Apprentice Training Support Payment of up to $5,000 over the first two years.
Duties
As a Powerline Worker Apprentice, you’ll:
- Build and fix powerlines
- Install poles, wires and hardware
- Work at heights with safety gear
- Use tools and machinery
- Learn to read plans and follow safety rules
