Skillset in conjunction with a not-for-profit Disability Service are seeking applications from focussed and motivated Disability Support professionals to support business growth and provide exceptional care for clients, in Orange, NSW. 


As the Disability Support Worker you will report to the Supervisor - Support Services and be responsible for assisting adults with a disability to participate in community, physical, recreational and social activities.

Your duties will be varied and include:

  • Participating in developing (on site) day programs and activities
  • Supporting and facilitating client engagement in programs and activities
  • Supporting community outings
  • One on one client support


  • Certificate III Individual Support or Community Services (or willing to obtain)
  • Experience working in a people focused and community minded environment
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communications skills
  • Capable with technology
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level organisational skills
  • Ability to follow set processes
  • Self-motivated
  • Drivers Licence (Manual desirable)
  • Proof of Covid Vaccination – due to working with vulnerable people
  • Willing to undertake pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing
  • Provide or be willing to obtain NDIS worker check (NDISWC)
