Our client is a leading manufacturer, supplier and installer of storage solutions for commercial and residential sites, both nationally and internationally.

Due to continued growth, this company is seeking an experienced and professional Site Manager to plan, organise, lead and control construction projects efficiently and effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will allow the successful individual opportunity for interstate travel, between NSW, QLD and VIC. Primarily the Site Manager will be responsible for projects being delivered in a safe manner with zero incidents on site.

Also focusing on: 

  • Planning, managing and adapting project schedules
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professionals
  • Organising product/material orders and deliveries
  • Monitoring project schedules and attending all site meetings
  • Managing Work Health & Safety across the site
  • Ensuring compliance to all Australian and state building legislations and standards
  • Defect inspections, quality assurance and reporting requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Cert IV in Construction Site Management or a trade background
  • In depth knowledge of site management
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
  • High attention to detail
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills using systems
  • White card
  • Drivers Licence
