This new partnership reflects a conscious move to work more closely with organisations that understand the unique needs of regional communities.<\/p>\n<p>Lifeline Central West\u2019s strong local presence and experience delivering mental health and wellbeing services across the region make them well placed to support Skillset employees, wherever they are based.<\/p>\n<p>Through the partnership, employees will have access to a range of confidential services, including counselling, financial counselling, wellbeing resources, and specialised support for managers. The program also offers training and education initiatives focused on mental health awareness, resilience, and workplace wellbeing, supporting both individuals and teams.<\/p>\n<p>Skillset CEO Narelle Stocks said the partnership aligns closely with Skillset\u2019s commitment to supporting its workforce and investing in regional communities.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cThe safety, health and wellbeing of our workforce is a priority for Skillset, and this partnership allows us to build on that with a local provider that understands the communities our people live and work in.
