and\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>on any other ground which\u00a0Skillset\u00a0shall after\u00a0due consideration\u00a0determine\u00a0to be a basis of improper discriminatory practice.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>create an environment where all staff\u00a0are able to\u00a0work effectively, without fear of discrimination or\u00a0harassment;\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>use\u00a0 inclusive\u00a0language in all official documents;\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>establish\u00a0appropriate practices\u00a0in employment to overcome\u00a0disadvantage;\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>ensure that all Skillset\u00a0Employees\u00a0have reasonable access to benefits and\u00a0services;\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>provide\u00a0effective mechanisms to resolve sexual-based harassment and other complaints of discriminatory\u00a0treatment;\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>provide and\u00a0maintain\u00a0programs and services that reflect fair and reasonable opportunity, and consideration for all customers, participants,\u00a0students\u00a0and employees, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender or disability, or the prevailing community values; and\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>ensure that such further obligations that the law may impose from time to time are appropriately addressed by Skillset.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>In accordance with\u00a0legislation (where applicable), Skillset&#8217;s approach to equal employment opportunity will include the following components:\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<ul role=\"list\">\r\n<li>consultation with\u00a0staff;\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>reviews of Company Policies,\u00a0procedures\u00a0and practices in areas such as recruitment,\u00a0selection, promotion, staff development,\u00a0marketing\u00a0and conditions of\u00a0service;\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>setting\u00a0objectives,\u00a0determining\u00a0strategies\u00a0and\u00a0taking action to achieve\u00a0them;
