As a single mum working casually at Big W, Kaasha wanted more than short-term shifts, she wanted a career. When transport became a barrier, her Skillset mentor connected her with free local driving programs. Living remotely and facing financial barriers, Levi had no license and few pathways into work. After joining Youth Connect, reimbursable expenses paid for his driving test, supported two work experience placements, and funded a lifesaving course.
